OUR MISSION
Hope on a Thousand Hills (HTH) helps raise money in the USA for the Anglican Church in Gasabo Diocese. Gasabo Diocese empowers it's churches to flourish in union between the Great Commandment (Matthew 22:35-40) and the Great Commission (Matthew 28:16-20.) We are dedicated to loving God and others through the teachings of Jesus Christ.
OUR CORE VALUES
Humble
Ephesians 4:1-6
“I therefore, a prisoner for the Lord urge you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling to which you have been called, with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love, eager to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. There is one body and one spirit - just as you were called to the one hope that belongs to your call- on Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.”
Grateful
Colossians 3:15
“And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body. And be grateful.”
Joyful
Psalm 47:1
“Clap your hands, all nations and generations! Shout to God with loud songs of joy!”
Hopeful
1Peter 3:14-16
But even if you should suffer for righteousness' sake, you will be blessed. Have no fear of them, nor be troubled, but in your hearts honor Christ the Lord as holy, always being prepared to make a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you; yet do it with gentleness and respect, having a good conscience, so that, when you are slandered, those who revile your good behavior in Christ may be put to shame.
